Information We Collect
All claims must be lodged with Grandas within 14 days of goods receipt, quoting the packing slip numbers and date. Grandas shall, repair, replace or refund the purchase price of the goods, if applicable, in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993- see our Terms and Conditions of Sale online for more details.
Note: Please contact us on sales@grandas.co.nz or to our Toll Free number 0800GRNDAS (0800476327) to obtain a Credit Advice Number before returning goods. This number must be quoted on your package.
